  • Technical: IP address, device, browser, time zone, pages viewed.
  • Usage & preferences: how you use the site, marketing choices.
  • Content you submit: enquiries, comments, uploads.
  • (If you sell online) Transactions: orders, delivery details. Card data is processed by our payment provider; we don’t store full card numbers.

We don’t knowingly collect special category data (e.g. health) or data about children.

7) Services that may process data on our behalf (only keep what you use)

  • Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics/GA4): helps us understand site usage; loads only after consent.

8) Sharing your data

We share data with trusted providers who help operate our business (hosting, analytics, email, payments, delivery, professional services). They act under contracts that protect your data. We only disclose data when necessary and lawful, or when required by authorities.

If data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (with UK addendum), plus additional measures where needed.

10) How long we keep data

  • Enquiries: up to 24 months.
  • Customer accounts: while active, then up to 6 years after last activity.
  • Orders/invoices: 6 years (legal/tax).
  • Marketing: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
  • Analytics: typically 14–26 months (per your analytics settings).

When no longer needed, we delete or anonymise data.

11) Your rights

You can access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our use of your data, and withdraw consent where applicable. You may also request data portability for data you provided.

12) Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls, backups). No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

13) Children

Our services aren’t directed to children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to remove it.

Our site may contain links to other websites we don’t control. Check their privacy notices.

We may update this notice from time to time. We’ll post changes here and update the Last updated date. We may notify you about material changes on the site or by email.
