About No BS Fitness

My Background

My journey into fitness started with boxing. At 15, I stepped into the ring for the first time and immediately connected with the discipline and mental toughness the sport demanded. Just a year later, I began strength training in the gym not only to support my performance in boxing but to build a foundation that would carry over into every part of life.

Boxing shaped my character early on. It taught me the value of structure, consistency, and self-control. I became fascinated with the mental side of training, and one of my biggest influences was the legendary trainer Cus D’Amato. His philosophy  that discipline and willpower can overcome fear  left a lasting impact on me. It helped shape how I approach training and how I help others build strength, not just physically but mentally.

As I gained experience, I began training others at the gym starting with boxing and then expanding into strength and conditioning. I saw how impactful the right guidance could be, and I knew I wanted to take it further. After several years of hands-on coaching, I became a certified personal trainer to deepen my knowledge and formalize what I was already passionate about.

Today, I bring together years of practical training, real-world experience, and a deep commitment to helping others progress. My approach is built on consistency, structure, and attention to detail — guiding people toward sustainable strength, improved performance, and long-term health. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or refining your training after years of experience, I aim to provide clear, purposeful coaching that helps you move forward with confidence.
